Orders will be dispatched on the next working day after cleared payment has been received.
We will notify you once an order has been dispatched .
UK deliveries (usually by Royal Mail 2nd class post or Parcelforce 48. for expected delivery times please see the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com ), please allow 7 working days from dispatch before reporting an item missing, but please do let us know if it has not been received by 10 days from dispatch.
For urgent items (same day dispatch if payment received before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, otherwise next working day dispatch from us) please specify Special Delivery at checkout and they will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, for next working day delivery.
International delivery is only available as standard delivery via Airmail, please select either Europe or USA, Australia at checkout if delivery is outside the United Kingdom. For other countries outside these areas please request postage rate before completing your order.
Minimum postage charge is 70p.
Each order will be charged at an overall rate for the size of the parcel, not for each individual item.
UK 2nd class post is not available for parcels larger than 1000g. Larger parcels will be sent by standard parcel delivery, unless other arrangements are made before placing your order.Please email us if you have any queries.
Where possible we use recycled packaging materials but your goods will always be packed for protection and safe delivery.
We use Paypal as our secure payment gateway, which means you can pay by Credit/debit card , bank transfer or Paypal balance. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this service, just follow the onscreen instructions at checkout.
Paypal is a secure site where your information is handled on encrypted ( padlocked) pages, and no financial information is passed on to us. The only details we receive are those relating to your order and delivery address.
We offer a 14 day no-quibble guarantee on all our items. All we ask is that you return them to us within a 14 day period of receipt, complete and in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition, and we will refund your purchase price (not including postage and packing)
Faulty or damaged items.; please email us as soon as possible letting us know what the problem is. You will be given a returns number to quote in all correspondence, and asked to provide more information (nature of fault, whether parcel was damaged etc.) and you may be asked to return the item to us for inspection. In this case postage costs incurred will be refunded together with the original cost of the item.
You can choose whether to have a replacement item sent, provided we have one in stock, or a refund.
Any information you give us is treated as confidential and is not passed on to any third party. You can ask to be removed from our database at any time by email via our contact us page.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

Items available on this website are not sold as toys unless specified as suitable for children. No items are suitable for children under 36 months because of small parts used in their making..
